Second ever scuba dive.  After university I decided I wanted to move to Italy to learn the language. I accepted a job working with a holiday camp chain constructing the tents for visiting families before the season started.  While based in L'Estartit, I took the opportunity to do another try dive.  I had heard of the Illes Medes nature reserve so looked into doing a dive trip there with a colleague.

San Antonio, Ibiza, Spain - First ever dive!

My first ever dive was on a summer holiday to Ibiza with friends from university in 2001.  I hadn't known much about scuba diving but really fancied trying it.  It was love at first try-dive. I wore an unforgettable lovely lime and pink shortie.

My mate Gareth who was the only other person to give the try dive a go. 

The others were too scared or didn't have the sea legs.
